Pilates Series: 5 Weeks Start Jan 10
Yoga practicioners who want to strenghten their practice or anyone wanting to strengthen their center.
Even if you've done Pilates before you may not have done it like this. Learn the proper way to do Pilates without injury to neck or back.
$75 series / $25 drop-in (if space available). Class size is limited.
Pre register (48 hours in advance) and receive 10% discount. Members 10% discount (members 10+10!).
Payment must be received at time of registration. By registering you are indicating that you have read studio policies. Payments may be made in person at the studio, via mail or phone.
Pilates is a concentrated and powerful way to tighten those tummy muscles and while providing you with an amazing sense of self empowerment. This series will focus on the correct way to find the deepest abdominal muscles. By focusing on a strong core, it is another key way to find “center” in so many wonderful ways. Each week will progress through keep concepts and the traditional mat Pilates routine. A great way to strengthen and tone.
This is a low impact but high results class. You will not sweat a lot as the sequence is taught to work slowly with control. You can even come in work clothes if you would like. Come on your lunch break as this class is usually around 55 minutes.
