LivYoga. has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our commitment to privacy to our customers and users of our website. This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which LivYoga uses, maintains and discloses information collected from its customers both in the studio and from its website. LivYoga is committed to developing long-lasting relationships based on trust. LivYoga will do everything in its power to ensure that your right to privacy is maintained and protected. The LivYoga website is not directed at children under 13 years of age.
Information We Collect
LivYoga may request or collect personal information from clients primarily from our Registration forms, and other instances where clients ask LivYoga to contact them regarding services and products. The data we collect is information that identifies you personally, such as: Your name, E-mail address, Postal address, Telephone numbers, Birthday, Credit card information (in occasions such as client requests or contract for services) & other billing information.
LivYoga may does not collect user information on the LivYoga website nor does LivYoga use cookies. Data collected for our email newsletter is stored directly on our e-newsletter vendor’s site: Constant Contact. See the Constant Contact privacy policy included on their website). LivYoga does not collect payments on line directly. LivYoga accepts PayPal transactions for online purchases. See the PayPal privacy policy included on their website. In the studio, Credit Cards are processed via third party vendor and LivYoga has been certified as PCI compliant through Secured Metrics.
How we use this information
LivYoga may use the personally identifiable information collected by LivYoga to contact customers regarding products and services offered by LivYoga. We may also use this information for research purposes regarding the effectiveness of our services, marketing, advertising and sales efforts. LivYoga does not in any way share this information with a third party either for free or by selling it.
In some occasions you may want to share contact information with a specific teacher at LivYoga which would allow a teacher to contact you directly or send you additional email newsletters. For the protection of your privacy, LivYoga will only release client information to teachers upon receipt of a written, signed authorization. Authorization forms can be picked up at the studio office.

LivYoga may also disclose aggregate, anonymous data based on information collected from users to investors and potential partners. In such cases, only statistical information will be disclosed and personally identifiable data will be kept strictly confidential. In case LivYoga is sold, the information collected from users may be transferred to the new owners. Any other particularly sensitive information, such as credit card numbers collected for commercial transactions, is encrypted by our credit card processor. Credit card information is locked with limited access by only the studio owner and manager.
