Give yourself time to enhance your yoga practice and get your body back into shape while bonding with your baby. Mommy & Me classes are designed to give you a fun and slightly rigorous yoga practice, strengthening your body and calming your mind while helping your baby feel comfortable in their body. Learn techniques that will improve baby’s digestion, help baby sleep better and calm fussiness. Nurture yourself and your baby by sharing your practice!

Please bring a yoga mat for you and a blanket for your baby. Babies should be dressed comfortably, without movement restriction.
