It is ancient, simple way to create physical, mental and emotional balance in your life, using easy‐to‐follow step‐by‐step techniques. This easy, effortless method has proved effective in reducing stress‐related conditions such as insomnia, anxiety, and post‐traumatic stress disorder, among many others. All people in every walk of life, in various situations and conditions can participate and benefit! It’s proven to be beneficial during the pregnancy and postpartum depression.We will work through a simple series of induction techniques using the body, breath and awareness to enter a profound state of silent relaxation.
